Our Mission

Indigo is a safe and caring K-8 program designed to educate the whole child. We provide multi-age interactions and constructivist learning activities through a positive discipline approach. This approach is supported by strong parent involvement. Indigo values the unique learning styles, skills and abilities of each child so they will be prepared to make a positive impact on the world.

Essential Worker Child Care and Summer Camp

OGSD will have BASE Summer Camp at Taylor for essential workers and employees who are returning to work. 7:30-5:30 M-F June 15th through July 31st. Visit https://ogsdccc.ce.eleyo.com to sign up. In addition Oak Grove School District BASE Program has opened full day child care for Essential Workers from May 11 – June 12, 2020. BASE will be open from 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM and the fee will be $275 a week per student. The BASE program will be serving small groups of TK-6 grade students who are currently enrolled/reside in the Oak Grove School District. Capacity will be extremely limited.

School Closure and OGSD Meal Distribution Sites

Per the decision made by Santa Clara County Office of Education and the 32 school districts in the county, all schools are to be physically closed for the remainder of the school year and begin a transition to distance learning for the remainder of the school calendar year. Free breakfast, lunch and dinner will continue to be served to children ages 0-18 Monday through Friday. Children DO NOT need to be present in order to receive meals. • Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner Meal Service • Monday – Friday • 10:30 – 11:30 am (Anderson, Christopher, Edenvale, Hayes, Stipe, Davis)
